Where is my shipping confirmation?

Please allow 24–48 hours for most orders to be made before receiving your shipping confirmation email. Orders during the holidays may be delayed due to high demand. If you still have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder!

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Allow 2–4 days for your order to process and the tracking to update. If tracking does not update after processing, let us know by sending us an email at valarabeauty.shop@gmail.com so we can resolve this issue.
